There is adjustment and you might grease the regulator . It's possible that your new seal has a tight spot but sounds like you may be off center with the glass ? If you've had the top off snug it toward the cab and center it on the body side to side. Also check voltage at the motor , bad ground could lose some power ? Steve83 I bet has a diagram link of you can't find one. Good luck and any pics of what you've done?

 

There is no adjustment, and you need to check voltage across the window motor connector (motor side) as the glass is slowing down.

Pick up some silicone spray and hose down the window track with it. Let it dry and clean up the rest the next day.

After replacing ALL the tailgate and window rubber my window just about comes to a stop about a third of the way up and I have to help the rest of the way up.
Is there any adjustments for the glass. I know there are guides inside the tailgate for the glass but I'm not sure on how to start adjusting those or what other adjustments can be made. It does have a brand new window motor.

I had a problem with the little rubber corner blocks (on each side of the tailgate) binding as the glass starts to hit them. (The glass doesn't hit them until it is about 1/3 or so of the way up.) If the window needs help when you raise the window with the tailgate open, check those corner blocks. Seems to me that the metal "tang" on the corner of the block was not behind the lip on the tailgate. (If you replaced those corner blocks, you know what I mean).
If that's not it, Steve83's tailgate alignment write up might be something else to look at. If the tailgate isn't aligned, the glass will hit and press against the rubber seal in the camper shell before the window is all the way up.

It seems maybe the glass is to close to the outer sweep on the tailgate. I had to move the glass towards the center of the T-gate to get the new outer sweep on.
In other words the outer sweep seems to be putting to much pressure on the glass.
I really don't know how much(normally)they should be pressed against the glass

 

Enough to wipe water off. But with the glass rolled all the way down, the weatherbelts should touch each other. If they don't, they're hardened & need to be replaced before they cut into the glass or let dirt (mud) inside.

 

my rubber seals on the topper were binding up.
silicon fixed that.

 

So far I've tried the silicone spray and it has helped.
But it seems the window is binding up on the rubber piece that is on the very end of the strip that goes on the bottom of the topper...yes I know that was a confusing description I will post a pic tomarrow.

 

I also loosened up my bolts, with the window up. Stood at tailgate. Tried to "bump" the topper up/fwd, and drove around a little. I think it helped the topper sit in a better position.

Though, I had jacked up the alignment of the rear qtrs, so maybe not needed for you.

Here is a pic of my problem, between the topper and window. It is hitting that rubber piece and binding. The window will eventually go behind that rubber piece as it goes up, the other side is the same way but not as bad. It wasn't as bad before I installed the new outer sweep.
Not sure what is causing this.
Maybe that rubber piece need to be trimmed?

 

Post a pic of what that looks like with the t/g down, looking UP under the corner of the camper. I thought I had snapped one of mine today, but either I just imagined it, or that one got lost when the batteries died.

I think my '95 camper only has 1 screw there. That front one looks like it would rub the glass and smash it into the foam wedge. Did you put that one there? I'd remove it either way. Have you ALIGNED the t/g fully? If the foam wedge is sticky (causing it to adhere & fold upward when the glass touches it), wash it thoroughly & then apply teflon dry lube spray to it so it stays in-place as the glass goes up.
