Lacks integrity and makes excuses for not refunding credit in timely manner.
Ordered by phone to get competitive price because their listed prices are way sky high. Was told item is in stock and would ship same or next day. Called back week later to get shipment tracking number and was given run around over several calls, and emails not returned. Finally few days later was told item is back ordered. I canceled the order and instructed to refund credit to card. Jaws Gear agreed and said they would. Numerous calls, excuses and nearly two weeks later still no sign of credit refund. If they can process a charge transaction in a mere few hours then two weeks is way to long for processing refund credit. My personal opinion is this is a scam to pad sells # and/or closing period for books, etc. by intentionally delaying refund credit transactions as long as possible.

In my opinion you should avoid doing business with Jaws Gear & Axle at all costs. I will do without rather than even attempt to do business with them in the future.
Give Jeff a call or send him an email and let him know you too will not do any business with Jaws Gear & Axle or any other merchant that gives customers the run around and lacks the integrity to process refund credit in timely manner.
I have since submitted a claim to dispute the charge. Shameful a customer has to go to that extent to ensure the charge gets refunded.
