Looks like it tracks IP addresses, so if you have one computer then no, I have access to several computers at work, so that is how I vote several times a day.

ya know i was just lookin on wegotmud's site to see if there is anything special about it that it would be in first place by such a big margin... and i see nothing personally... and i tried finding stats and one section says there is a lil over 4000 members..... ? if that's right then how the hell are they in first all the time... look how many members we have... i'm not understanding it... something sounds fishy!

(but they do have VOTE plastered like 3 times just on the homepage, perhaps we should do something more eyecatching? just a thought....)
