ok they want me to do a few things before they pass it, so again she sits...i tried to get away with the tie rod that came with the axle but nope, but i have the new on now just gotta find time to put er in...i have to correct my caster via 7* bushings (on their way) vs. the 4* bushing in there now...

STILL NO TIRES

and again...the bushings that were supposed to be here monday they are still not here and nobody else has them and since i had the shop for tomorrow i have to get it done tomorrow or i will be waiting a long time to finish it...so the only way i can get my caster is by swapping my 75 rad arm brackets for 78 brackets which drop about 2-3" further then the 75 brackets do

my question is would 2-3" rad arm bracket drop be enough to net 3* pos. caster?

any who i couldnt resist, i went to the hills today and did a little crawling, mainly to test for susp. binding, which i couldnt find probably because the big bitch flexes like a brick...but it was awesome, first time in 4x4 in 6 months LOL...now onto pics...all 17 of em

thank you guys for all your help and patients throughout the build...muchly appreciated guys, this is a great site!

Looks good.....except for the track bar bracket. I forsee that tearing the frame after time. My .02 would be to remove the plates that you have welded to the frame and then weld them to a flat piece of 1/4". Shape the piece so that it incorporates the three steering box bolts and drill some holes in the flat piece so that you can do some plug welds. That would spread the stress points out over a larger portion of the frame so that it is less likely to tear. I would also plate the back of the two pieces for lateral stability.

Again, just my .02.....nice job otherwise!

im going to brace and box the bracket as is...then run some gussets forward on the frame...dont worry it will be built...i had a hell of a time trying to make a bracket that would work because i was always trying to overbuild it...now that i have it in there, now it is time to overbuild it LOL
